Why does my LandLord Dashboard screens still show a lease that has ended?

We keep all past lease information so you always have it if you need it.  When tenants move out, you typically put an end date on the old lease and then add a new lease with the new tenants.

On the Unit View, you typically see the most current lease.  There is a drop down box for "Rental Agreement" where you can select any past lease on that unit that you want to see.

On the multi-unit view, when someone moves out and a new tenant moves in, you will initially see two rows...one for the old lease and you will also see "Lease Ended" in future months...another row showing the new lease.  The old lease shows for a month on this view, then this row  automatically drops off.
