How do you pay rent?

Answer: There are three different ways you can pay rent:

1. Pay With Bank Account AutoPay

• Click on the AutoPay tab at the top of the screen. Turn on AutoPay and enter the amount you authorize to pay. The payment will automatically be made on each due date. You will automatically receive a reminder approximately 4 days before the payment and an email receipt when the payment is made. Schedule Payment
• Click on the Summary tab at the top of the screen. You can select the amount and date of your payment. You will automatically receive an email receipt when the payment is made.

2. Pay With A Credit Card

• Click on the summary tab at the top of the screen. You can select to pay with a credit/debit card. Note: Your landlord has to allow credit/debit card payments for you to see this option.

3. Pay With Cash

• You can pay with cash at any MoneyGram location within many different retailers, such as Walmart and CVS. You can find the closest location by clicking on this link. FIND CASH LOCATION

You need to provide three things at MoneyGram:

1. Say you are doing a Bill Pay with MoneyGram to Schedule My Rent (16447)

2. Your Name (which needs to be the name on the lease)

3. Your Account Number
