Can the tenant schedule a payment for a future date?

You can select if it is allowed or not. In each lease you can check-mark if you want to allow a tenants to schedule payments in the future. You are also able to select if tenants are able to schedule payments in the future when there is a past due amount. Some landlords do not want to allow future payments if something is already past due and want the payment to be made right away.
